It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juliet Akyea, a level 300 student of Community-Based Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).
Juliet was not just a student; she was a shining example of dedication and commitment to her field of study. Her passion for making a difference in the lives of others, especially in the disability community, was evident in her academic pursuits and the relationships she built with her peers and lecturers.
