1. New Year’s Day – Wednesday, 1st January
2. Constitution Day – Tuesday, 7th January
3. Independence Day – Thursday, 6th March
4. Good Friday – Friday, 18th April
5. Easter Monday – Monday, 21st April
6. May Day (Workers’ Day) – Thursday, 1st May
7. Founders’ Day – Monday, 4th August
8. Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Day – Sunday, 21st September
9. Farmers’ Day – Friday, 5th December
10. Christmas Day – Thursday, 25th December
11. Boxing Day – Friday, 26th December

NB: The dates for Eid-Ul-Fitr and Eid-Ul-Adha are not fixed, as they depend on the Islamic lunar calendar. The Office of the Chief Imam will announce the dates later in the year.
